And it was just about a complete fail this year, with only one person, rymonrocks (congrats!!!), actually finishing before the end, heh...
But maybe it's sort of better this way... if people still commit to writing their fics and such, then we'll have plenty to read/write during the off-season of American Idol =) In fact, if you post your fic on this community sometime before the end of June, then you will still receive an honorable mention next year (better than nothing, right?).
I'm still planning on bringing back the Fest for next season, too, so don't worry, haha. We can all redeem ourselves ;)
I'll probably have a suggestions poll sometime in the next week or so... that way I can figure out what we can do better to up participation in the Rymon Fest...
So keep getting them in anyway! It's fine that it's past the deadline-- give us some stuff to read while Simon and Ryan aren't on Idol!

The day has come people... the final day to get in your Rymon fanfic for the fest!
So please post them on this community sometime before the day is over! You may feel free to post them tomorrow or in a week or a month, however, then you won't have exactly... won? I don't really know how to put it. By tomorrow, however, the Rymon Fest of 2009 will officially be over.
I'm still working on my fic, and I hope a lot of you have gotten yours completed/are finishing yours up as well!
So post them soon! There are only a few hours left, and so far only one fic has been completed...! Let's do our best to get -something- in, even if it's just a short drabble or ficlet. Whatever works!
